Thai fine dining at the Bo.Lan restaurant embraces the history, culture and traditions of Thai food heritage. Prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients Bo.Lan offers an a la carte menu or the personally constructed “Bo.Lan Balance”. The Bo.Lan Balance Menu develops five essential dishes to create a well balanced meal – Thai salad, chili relish, a stir-fried dish, a curry and a soup.
Both chefs Bo and Lan were inspired at Nahm London where they worked under Michelin-Starred chef David Thompson. They support the ethical slow food philosophy of commitment to community and environment.
